Managing junk email and spam in Outlook Web Access (OWA) helps keep your inbox clean and secure. Follow these steps to control unwanted and unsolicited emails:
Open Your Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser and go to the OWA login page. https://outlook.office.com/
Sign In: Enter your email address and current password, then click "Sign In."
Access Settings: Once logged in, click on the gear icon (Settings) located at the top right corner of the page.
Navigate to Junk Email Settings: Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu. Then, go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
