How to Manage Junk Email and Spam in Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Managing junk email and spam in Outlook Web Access (OWA) helps keep your inbox clean and secure. Follow these steps to control unwanted and unsolicited emails:

  1. Open Your Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser and go to the OWA login page. https://outlook.office.com/

  2. Sign In: Enter your email address and current password, then click "Sign In."

  3. Access Settings: Once logged in, click on the gear icon (Settings) located at the top right corner of the page.

  4. Navigate to Junk Email Settings: Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu. Then, go to "Mail" > "Junk email."

  5. Block or Allow Senders:

    • Blocked Senders: Add email addresses or domains that you want to block. Emails from these senders will be sent directly to your Junk Email folder.
